For Petitioner(s): Mr.M.Kamesh For Respondent(s): Mr. Haja Mohideen Gisthi for R1 ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2026. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he submitted a representation dated 12.07.2026 to the 1st respondent seeking to cancel his termination from the post of Deputy Muthavalli of the Bharma Tamil Muslim Pallivasal Sangam. The representation also sought to halt the renovation of the Sangam's building, stop the convocation function at Seethakathi Islamic College for Women scheduled __________ Page2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27781 of 2026 for 15.07.2026, and initiate action against Jamal (Muthavalli) and other corrupt officials of the Bharma Tamil Muslim Jumha Pallivasal Sangam. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. Challenging this inaction on the part of the 1st respondent, the petitioner has approached Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2026. The first respondent shall afford a fair hearing to the parties, after issuing due notice to the petitioner, the second respondent, and any other interested parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
