This is an application seeking impleadment of the present incumbent Commissioner, Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) as a party to the accompanying contempt application, inasmuch as, the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in WP(C)No.1571/2024 has not yet been complied with. 3. Considering that for effective compliance, the presence of the present incumbent Commissioner, GMC would be required, this Court impleads the Page No.# 3/3 opposite party No.2 as respondent No.2 to the accompanying contempt application. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court and the Registry on the basis of the said memo of parties as well as the instant order shall make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying contempt application and update the same in the CIS. 5.
