Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Notice sent to first respondent has been returned with an endorsement ‘left’. Notice sent to third respondent has been returned with an endorsement ‘refused’. Though notice has been served on the second respondent and the name of the second respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the second respondent either in person or through a pleader. 4. Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, takes notice for fourth respondent. 5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 55 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for fourth respondent at the time of admission.
