This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant to file the writ appeal against the order dated 3.6.2026 passed in W.P.No.1924 of 2026 contending that the fifth respondent has filed the writ petition claiming that there is a pathway in existence over the lands in Survey No.14 leading to Arulmigu Karuppasamy Temple situated in Survey No.13/3 and that the pathway has been blocked using an iron gate. According to the applicant, the fifth respondent claimed the relief without even arraying the applicant and his family members, who are the present owners of the lands in Survey No.14, as parties. The applicant further contends that the learned Single Judge, without adverting to any of such aspects and without affording an opportunity of hearing to the owners of the land, has allowed the writ petition. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, we are inclined to grant leave to the applicant to file writ appeal against the order dated 3.6.2026 passed in W.P.No.19244 of 2026.
