The contents of the joint memo reads as under: JOINT MEMO "The counsel for the petitioner and respondent most respectfully submits that the parties have amicably settled the disputes. In view of the settlement the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as full and final settlement as follows: a) A sum of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid on or before 31.05.2026 b) A balance sum of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid on or before 23.07.2026 The parties above seeks disposal of the petition in terms of this memo in ends of justice and equity.
