Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/husband had filed a divorce petition under Section 13 (A) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the learned Family Court, Raipur for grant of decree of divorce on 09/07/2024. The respondent has also filed written statement and denied plaint allegations. On the basis of pleadings of the parties, learned Family Court has framed issues. The petitioner has filed his affidavit and his witnesses under Order 18 Rule 4 of CPC. He submits that the aforesaid petition has not been decided till date. 2. The only limited prayer of the petitioner is that the learned Family Court 2 may be directed to decide the pending divorce petition expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and the order sheets appended with the writ petition, it is expected that the learned Family Court, Raipur (CG) would make all endeavor to decide the case expeditiously preferably within a reasonable period of time without giving unnecessary adjournments subject to cooperation of the parties. 4.
