Singh, A.P.P. 04/ 03.02.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, registered under sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(2) (3), 190, 109, 132, 352 of BNS, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation has been made against the petitioner. He next submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault upon police force against all the accused persons. He next submits that in identical situation co-accused Rohit Singh has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6675 of 2025 and there is direct allegation of assault against co-accused Dablu Singh @ Dablu Kumar Singh whose anticipatory bail has been dismissed as withdrawn in the said A.B.A. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner was involved in altercation with the police force and polie force have received injury. 5. Considering that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner, one of the co-accused Rohit Singh has been ( 2026:JHHC:2703 ) granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6675 of 2025 and there is direct allegation of assault against co-accused Dablu Singh @ Dablu Kumar Singh whose anticipatory bail has been dismissed as withdrawn in the said A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.03.02.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
