While in the Recall Application, unconditional apology has been tendered for absence on the said date, the fact remains that the Court fee was not paid along with the petition and despite grant of repeated opportunities, the defect was not removed. As such, no ground is made out to recall the order dated 27.03.2026. 4. The Recall Application is rejected. 5.
