And In the matter of : Binay Bairagi ……Petitioner. Mr. Santanu Talukdar Mr. Monojit Debnath Mr. Shwashwitwik Chatterjee ……for the Petitioner. Ms. Faria Hossain, Ld. APP Mr. Sujan Chatterjee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 9 months and has been unnecessarily detained in custody. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the Court to the report which reflects that originally the petitioner is from Khulna. Having considered the nature of the accusations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M) 147 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
