According to him, he has earned right to be regularised in service, however the competent authority is not considering his claim for regularisation. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to respondent no. 2 to regularise his service. (3) Mr. Ravi Bisht submits that petitioner has made representation, which is on record as Annexure-8 to the writ petition, therefore he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to take decision thereupon. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Member Secretary, Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board to place the case of petitioner before the Regularisation Committee, already constituted, which shall examine petitioner’s eligibility for regularisation and pass orders, as per law, within three months.
