Ms. Sharmila Singhai, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that on the basis of a complaint made by one Satyapujan Mishra, the petitioner has been served with impugned show cause notice dated 10/06/2019 (Annexure P/1) in which the respondents have showed their predetermined mind against the petitioner stating that he has obtained compassionate appointment by submitting false documents, as such, the impugned show cause notice is liable to be quashed. 2. At this stage, Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the impugned show cause notice dated 10/06/2019 (Annexure P/1) with liberty to issue afresh, if occasion so arises. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents is permitted to withdraw the impugned show cause notice dated 10/06/2019 (Annexure P/1) with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the respondents. 3 4.
