Heard Sri K. Vijaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Andhra Pradesh Samagra Shiksha, would submit that the bills submitted by the petitioner have already been passed and the same is pending for budgetary sanction from the Finance Department. 4. Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to remit the amount of Rs.21,76,365/- due to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
