The petitioners, who are the defendants 2 and 3 in the suit in O.S.No.356 of 2020 seek an early disposal of the said suit, pending on the file of the II Additional Principal Sub Court, Salem. 2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 1 to 3 in this revision, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 is dispensed with by this Court. Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 4 to 6. 3. As seen from this revision, the suit is at the stage of trial. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
