He further submits that the petitioner is not willing to press the application (I.A. No. 1/2025). 2. In that view of the matter, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the application (I.A. No. 1/2025) is dismissed as not press. 4.
