JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Notice to respondent No.6 is not necessary for the following reasons. 2. The petitioner, aggrieved by an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner in proceedings bearing RA(LKP) No.206/2025-26 filed a revision petition before the Deputy Commissioner, Ramanagara District. However, the Deputy Commissioner, Ramanagara District issued an endorsement as found at Annexure-N dated 24.03.2026 stating that the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Ramanagara Sub- Division arising out of Soluru Hobli does not fall within the jurisdiction of Ramnagara District and therefore the petitioner was requested to file the revision petition before the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural District. Accordingly the petitioner filed an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural District, once again an endorsement at - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23978 WP No. 13843 of 2026 Annexure-P dated 31.03.2026 is issued to the petitioner stating that the mapping is going on and therefore it is not possible to register the revision petition at present. 3. Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural District is hereby directed to forthwith accept the revision petition filed by the petitioner assign a number to the petitioner and consider the interim prayer made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
