The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “(A) Rule Nisi for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the Respondents concerned to protect the peaceful possession of Petitioner's land of Plot No.976, Khata No.120, Thana No. 1195, situated at village/Mouza- Ghorabandha measuring an area of 5.82 acres and not to disturb the Petitioner from his lawful and legal possession as also not to cause damage to the boundary wall of aforesaid land and to make any changes upon the topography of said land. 2026:JHHC:2692 Page No.2 W.P.(C) No.614 of 2026 (B) For issuance of a writ/of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 30.08.2025 and 13.10.2025 filed before the Respondents concerned in accordance with law and to take proper and effective steps to protect the Petitioner's lawful peaceful possession/occupation upon the said lands. (C) For issuance of a writ/order/direction upon Respondents concerned to explain and lay bare before this Hon'ble court as to how and under what circumstances, the Respondents have made encroachment upon Petitioner's land in question and caused damage to the boundary wall without taking any prior permission and approval of petitioner and without initiating any due process of law for the said actions as contemplated under the relevant law, act and rules.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
