By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. The short grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that as against the provisional seniority list issued by the respondent vide the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Si.1/811/2026 dated 02.03.2026, the petitioner has raised objections by submitting a representation dated 27.03.2026. But the respondent has not considered the said representation as on date and there is every likelihood of issuing a final seniority list without considering the objection raised by the petitioner. 4. Mr.N.Anandakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submits that the final seniority list has not yet been issued and before issuing final seniority list, the respondent would consider the objections raised by the petitioner by way 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP(MD). In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioner by way of representation dated 27.03.2026 before issuing final seniority list pursuant to the proceedings dated 02.03.2026.
