He would submit that thus, the petition has become infructuous. 3. At this stage, Ms. Apoorva Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Assistant Teacher who was appointed on the post of Cluster Academic Coordinator was not competent and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3 and in turn, the authorities concerned may be directed to decide the representation so made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Ms. Apoorva Pandey, this petition is disposed of at admission stage. The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3 within a period of 30 days from today and in turn, the respondent authorities are directed to decide it in objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days. 6.
