The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the 2 case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the name of petitioner for promotion from the post of Hostel Warden Grade – D to Grade – C in the light of the provisions contained under Chhattisgarh Public Services (Promotion) Rules, 2003 immediately including seniority from the date of publication of promotion list dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P/4) . 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 12.06.2025 and dated 13.06.2025 within specified period. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner is of non-promotion to the post of Warden Grade – C from Warden Grade – D for which, petitioner has already submitted representation before the Respondent No. 3 dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/6) and representation dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P/7) which are pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to decide the representations submitted by the petitoner before the concerned authority, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to take 3 decision on the pending representation dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/6) and representation dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P/7) submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of order. 6. 6.
