As per the complaint lodged by him, after receipt of the entire amount, the petitioner has supplied only 70% of the medicines and the balance has not been supplied. Thereafter, the petitioner's licence has also been cancelled. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in W.P(MD) No.19360 of 2026 seeking extension of time for supply of medicine.
