The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 202/2025. 3. The son of the informant was suspected to have been kidnapped by Jushanti Soren and her husband. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the accused Shiv Ram Murmu. 5. It has been submitted that so far as the recovery of the dead-body is concerned, the same was on the joint confession of Shiv Ram Murmu as well as Jushanti Soren and the other accused persons including the petitioner. 6. Learned Counsel submits that it was Jushanti Soren and Shiv Ram Murmu who are instrumental in committing the murder of the son of the informant. 7. Learned Counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2025. 8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:7255 ) 9. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Jirwabari P.S.
