The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the connected writ petition being WP(c)1705/2013; the person arrayed as respondent No. 7 in the writ petition, has been replaced by one Shri Arun Kumar Gupta, the Liquidator of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd., P- 15 Bentinck Street, 3rd Floor, Kolkata – 700001. The learned counsel, therefore, prays for striking off the name of the respondent No. 7 in the above-noted writ petition. 3. Prayer is accepted. Registry shall do the needful. 4.
