The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue, a suitable order or direction directing the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to conclude the trial of Case No. 1704 of 2024 (Janaki Vs. Pankaj), under section 144 B.N.S.S., Police Station- Sarpataha, District- Jaunpur, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the wife before the court concerned. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 1704 of 2024 (Janaki Vs. Pankaj), under Section 144 B.N.S.S., Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Principal Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vivek Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
