After notice, the respondent filed his counter affidavit. Basing on the averments of the counter affidavit, Smt.Shanti Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the order, dated 24.11.2025 passed by this Court is dispatched on 17.12.2025. After receipt of the same, the competent authority has considered the representations, dated 04.10.2025 and 30.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner and passed orders on 30.12.2025 and the same is duly served to the writ petitioner under proper acknowledgment. 3. Learned counsel further submits that against the order, dated 30.12.2025, passed by the respondent, the writ petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.10007 of 2026 before this Court and it is pending. 4. In view of the above factual position, we are of the considered opinion that the order, dated 24.11.2025 has been complied with, by the respondent by issuing order, dated 30.12.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court and as such, there is no willful contempt on the part of the respondent. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
