A perusal of the records reveal that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.189 of 2026 for the alleged offences under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 109(1) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, AR copy as well as the complaint lodged by the petitioner clearly reveal that three persons are involved. He further submitted that apart from A1, his wife and son namely Arumugakani and Sivasubramanian, have also involved in the said incident. Therefore, the present petition has been filed. 4. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, they are continuing with the investigation and they are recording the statement of the employer of the defacto complainant's son and they are also investigating about the whereabouts of the wife of A1. 5. Considering apprehension expressed by the petitioner herein, the investigation shall be monitored by the first respondent herein and the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
