4. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a mandamus to the respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider the objections dated 24.03.2026 & 07.04.2026 of the petitioners, annexure-25 & 26 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider and decide the objections of the petitioners within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 & 3- Committee candidly submits that the Committee will decide the objections filed by the petitioners in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of finally directing respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider and decide the objections of the petitioners (Annexure-25 and Annexure-26 to the writ petition), after hearing all the stakeholders in the matter, strictly in accordance with law, but not later than two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this
order.
