Allowing the petitioner to realise the cost of this petition from the respondent and their assets. 4. Heard Smt. Leena Abraham, petitioner-in-person, and have perused the material on record. 3. Smt. Leena Abraham, petitioner-in-person however restrict her submission to a direction to expeditiously dispose Crl.Misc.No.117/2024, which is pending since 2 years. 4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and the orders not being passed in Crl.Misc.No.117/2024 by the concerned Court, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude Crl.Misc.No.117/2024 within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
