Challenging the same has filed an appeal before this court in CrlA(MD)No.12236 of 2026 and it has also been admitted by this court on 25.06.2026. Along with the appeal, the petitioner has filed this petition to suspend the sentence. 2.When this petition has been taken up for hearing, it is reported on either side that the petitioner has already paid the fine amount.
