The Court made the following Order:
The present writ petition is filed challenging the respondents' action for not releasing the amounts of Rs. 1,09,27,151/- due to the petitioner. 2. Heard Sri N. Krishna Sai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.CH. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 6. 3.
It is contended that the sums are due to the petitioner, on account of the execution of works relating to provision of additional infrastructure facilities to Z.P. High School , Simhadripuram Village and Mandal, YSR District,
4. Sri V.CH. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel, has placed before the court a copy of the remarks received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the net amount payable to the petitioner is determined as Rs.95,29,904/- out of the gross amount of Rs.1,09,27,151/-. 5. Having regard to the same, as the said sum of Rs.95,29,904/- is admitted as payable to the petitioner, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to remit the admitted amount of Rs.95,29,904/- to the petitioner within a period of four (04)
