District and Sessions Judge and Commercial Court, Chikkabalapur on the application filed by Petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in Com.O.S.No.65/2025 found at Annexure-J, allow this Writ Petition with costs and grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case." 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a request/application before the trial Court for reference of the dispute to mediation and the Commercial Court may be directed to consider the said request and proceed further in accordance with law. Submission is placed on record. 3. The petition stands disposed of without interfering with the impugned order and by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a request/application before the trial Court to refer the matter to mediation to explore the possibility of amicable settlement.
