Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being an ex- serviceman has filed applications seeking grant of land at Annexure-B dated 05.05.2025 and B1 dated 12.07.2024. But the competent authority has not considered the application till date. The prayer therefore is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Bhadravathi Taluk, Shivamogga District and respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Bhadravathi Taluk to consider the application and pass necessary orders - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:4914 WP No. 38857 of 2025 granting the land in accordance with law, within a time frame. 3.
