This is an application filed by the applicants seeking a direction to the petitioner company to refund the Time Share amount to the applicants or permit the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner company towards the said Time Share. 2. As can be seen from paragraph 5 of the application, this Court permitted the company to distribute cheques/demand drafts to its creditors, but since the forms of the present applicants were found incomplete, no cheques in respect of the amount were issued to them. 3. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of with directions to the present applicants to fill in the complete forms and, subject to verification of the said forms, the company is directed to refund the Time Share amount to the applicants, to which they are legally entitled. 4.
