1. Mr. B.S. Negi, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. The instant second appeal is arising out of the matrimonial dispute in between both the parties, the husband and wife.
3. Mr. Negi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that now the parties have settled their matrimonial dispute amicably and living together happily and their relations are very cordial, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant second appeal.
4. In view of the statement, as given above, and taking into consideration that now the parties have settled their matrimonial dispute amicably and living happily together there is no useful purpose to continue the proceeding of instant second appeal.
5. Accordingly, the instant second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
