By the present application, the legal heirs of original claimant/respondent no.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest. 2. Since, First Appeal Stamp No.5293/2018 (VIDC Vs. Ajab Sitaram Khandalkar) came to be disposed of in Lok Adalat on the ground that the appellants had withdrawn the appeal, the amount deposited by the appellants-acquiring body before this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by the legal heirs of respondent no.1/original claimant. 3. The applicants/legal heirs of original claimant have placed on record a copy of the Power of Attorney, whereby they have agreed that, the claim amount with accrued interest payable of their shares be released in favour of Hiraman Ajab Khandalkar. 4. Therefore, Registry of this Court shall make payment through account payee cheque in the name of Hiraman Ajab Khandlkar, the Power of Attorney holder of applicant nos.1, 2 and 3. 5.
