The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the impugned notice at Annexure-A dated 22.09.2025. It is stated in the notice that the Tahsildar has found that several - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3530 WP No. 36914 of 2025 illegal constructions have come up in Sy.No.6 of Doddanagamangala Village, Begur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, which is a government gomal land. In that regard, since a construction put up by the petitioner is found in the said survey number, notice is issued calling upon the petitioner to have his say along with documentary proof of the title of the petitioner over the property in question. Learned HCGP submits that the petitioner could not have filed this writ petition raising a challenge to the notice which is issued by the competent authority. Learned HCGP submits that information has been called from the petitioner and if information is given along with necessary documents, the Tahsildar will consider the same and take action only in accordance with law. 3.
