The petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer that his post retiral benefits be released to him alongwith due interest which are due to him post his retirement on 01.11.2025. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the documents appended with the petition and submitted that the petitioner is in need of money and the same is required for education expenses of his daughter and son. Learned Counsel further submitted that the daughter of the petitioner has been admitted to Master Programme in European and International Business Lat at the University of Vienna, in Austria and the son is undergoing study from MD Anesthesia from Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU) Kumarhatti, District Sonlan, H.P. 4.
