The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s brother eloped with the wife of the 3rd respondent. In view thereof, the 3rd respondent frequently visits the house of the petitioner, attacks the family members and giving life threats. 3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the 3rd respondent is currently in jail and if any other threat is made by the 3rd respondent upon the lodging of a complaint, the respondent police shall take strict action. 4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
