The petitioner is an accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Sandeep Kumar were intercepted by the police and 15 grams of brown sugar was recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the brown sugar was recovered from the possession of Sandeep Kumar. It has been submitted that no recovery was effected from the petitioner who was riding pillion. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that no recovery was effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
