The present petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the order dated 18.02.2026 in Tr.CMP No.1298 of 2025, indicating the correct HMOP number as HMOP No.239 of 2025 instead of 293 of 2025. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that it is only a typographical error and he has no serious objection for amendment being ordered. Independently, I have also asserted that the mistake is only a typographical error and also by inadvertence. In the light of the above, this petition is ordered.
