The petitioner is an accused in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that miscreants has snatched Rs.4,00,000/- from a CSP centre after showing a pistol to the husband of the informant and thereafter have shot at him which resulted in his death while being taken to the Hospital. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. 5. Learned Counsel submits that one of the co-accused Md. Muntaj Ansari @ Mumtaj Ansari @ Lakhpatiya has been granted bail in B.A.No. 7886/2025. 6. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail as noted ( 2026:JHHC:7338 ) above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. District Sessions Judge-III, Godda in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025, corresponding to S.T. Case No. 389 of 2025. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) P.K.S. Uploaded
