(Oral) By way of instant petition, very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioners to issue direction to the respondents to consider and decide their representation in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.4099 of 2022, titled as Abhinandan Kalia Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners. 3.
