The case of the prosecution is that on 10.06.2026, the petitioners installed a new generator in the common agricultural well. When the same was questioned by the father of the defacto complainant, there was a wordy altercation between them, due to which, the defacto complainant’s father became emotionally disturbed and committed suicide by consuming a pesticide and thereafter, he died. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and that they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the investigation. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, submitted that the petitioners insulted the deceased which drove him to consume pesticide, resulting in his death. She further submitted that the investigation is at the initial stage. Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. Considering the seriousness of allegation levelled against the petitioners and the fact that the investigation is at the initial stage, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. 6.
