The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted for correction of a typographical error, occasioning in the order dated 30.03.2026, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6792/2024. The applicant has submitted that the name of the respondent No. 11, in line No. 12 in the said order has been reflected as “Rupanjali Bora” in place of “Madhumita Bora”. This Court has considered the said submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Page No.# 4/4 Applicant and finds the submission to be correct and, in fact, an inadvertent typographical error has occasioned in recording the name of the respondent No. 11. The sentence, wherein, the name of the respondent No. 11 is wrongly recorded is extracted hereinbelow : “Thereafter, the Ward Commissioners of the Board held a meeting on 11.12.2024 and, therein, elected Rupanjali Bora i.e. the respondent No. 11, herein, as the new Chairman of the Board.” This Court having found that an inadvertent error had occasioned in the order dated 30.03.2026, in the sentence extracted, hereinabove, the said sentence would now be read as follows : “Thereafter, the Ward Commissioners of the Board held a meeting on 11.12.2024 and, therein, elected Madhumita Bora i.e. the respondent No. 11, herein, as the new Chairman of the Board.” The order dated 30.03.2026, be so read, in terms of the correction made, with regard to the name of the respondent No. 11, hereinabove. The present order be also treated to be a part of the order dated 30.03.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 6792/2024.
