No.TN68 AF 4320 and Reg No.TN82 H 6753, from the 3rd and 4th Respondents or any other person, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 2. On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, now the second respondent has registered FIR in crime No.50 of 2026 for the offence under Section 318(4) of BNS on 05.02.2026 and investigation is pending. 3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.50 of 2026 and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
