Case No. 290 of 2025, registered under Sections 96, 137(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted under sections 96, 137(2), 74, 76 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 8 of the POCSO Act. He submits that the case is now pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Pakur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application by submitting that the petitioner has been acquitted. 4. Permission is accorded. 5.
