HARI BABU MAGULURI SC For SERP The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: Heard Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Hari Babu Maguluri, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The above contempt case is filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.No.18552 of 2024. 3. The petitioners, eleven in number, filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents 3 to 6 therein not to interfere with the discharge of their duties as Village Organisation Assistants in the respective societies. The writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondents 3 to 6 therein not to interfere with the petitioners’ discharging duties as Village Organisation Assistants. 4. Thereafter, the contempt case was filed in December, 2024. 5. The 3rd respondent in the contempt case filed a counter-affidavit. In the counter-affidavit, it was pleaded that each of the petitioners was removed as Village Organisation Assistant even before the filing of the writ petition and the interim order. In paragraph 8, the dates are mentioned in a tabular form. Page 4 of 5 6. A reply-affidavit was filed by the petitioners, denying the averments in paragraph-8. Along with the reply-affidavit, certain resolutions were filed; however, there is a serious dispute regarding the same. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioners have failed to demonstrate the violation of the order dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.No.18552 of 2024. 8. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any violation in the order. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
