The grievance of the petitioner is that despite Form No.10 being issued pursuant to the orders passed by the Land Tribunal in proceedings bearing Case No.1474/1974-75, conferring occupancy rights in favour of the petitioner-Smt.Borammma and the Deputy Commissioner, recommending entry of the petitioner in the revenue records, the respondent-Tahsildar, Mysore Taluk has not considered the representation given by the petitioner. 3. Having regard to the contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:4241 WP No. 36458 of 2025 direction to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, Mysore Taluk to consider the representation dated 20.11.2024 at Annexure-C, given by the petitioner, verify from the original records as to whether such an order was passed by the Land Tribunal in favour of the petitioner and whether Form No.10 was already issued in favour of the petitioner. If these facts are found to be correct, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of Two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
