2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbours. On 19.06.2026, the petitioners demolished the house of the defacto complainant. When the defacto complainant questioned the same, the petitioners along with other individuals attacked both the defacto complainant and his family members. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence and a false case has been foisted. He would also submit that a counter case has been given against the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays for the grant of anticipatory bail. 4. Though the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would oppose the anticipatory bail application by reiterating the prosecution case, would fairly submit that the injured was treated as an out-patient. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the fact that the 1st petitioner is a woman, this Court is of the firm view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Hence this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 6.
