The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondents to provide electricity poles in New Saket Nagar, Upper Pokhar Toli, Hinoo, Ranchi, in appropriate numbers of poles for providing electricity supply on regular basis to the petitioner. 3. Looking to the prayer made in the instant writ application and the date of its filing, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in this case.
