The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in an illegal possession of 90 Tapentadol 100 mg tablets, syringes and mobile phones. Based on his confession, 120 tablets were recovered from another accused. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was selling 90 Tapentadol 100 mg tablets by mixing them in water and supplying the same to youngsters and school children. Hence she opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.This Court considered the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). 6. Hence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
